We hope to see you again at the next Euro Mine Expo on June 8th-10th 2010 in Skellefteå.
The organisers of Euro Mine Expo 2008 would like to extend their thanks to visitors, exhibitors, partners, speakers and the media who made the inaugural trade fair and conference a success. The response shows that a combined trade fair and conference for the mining industry and associated industries had been long-awaited.
Euro Mine Expo attracted a total of 1,000 participants from 24 countries. 96 exhibitors were there, a packed programme of seminars was offered, together with much appreciated field trips and an innovation forum where exhibitors could present their latest products and services. Sweden’s Minister for Enterprise and Energy, Ms Maud Olofsson, held the closing speech and emphasised the importance of the event.
– Our objective was to create a recurring international meeting place and we could not have got off to a better start. Feedback has been very positive and we are looking forward to the next Euro Mine Expo in 2010, say Margareta Lundquist, CEO of Nolia AB, and Lennart Gustavsson, Chairman of Georange.
